These terms are an agreement between you and Rocky Mountain Apps LLC ("we") for your use of HaulReady.

HaulReady is record-keeping software, not legal advice. The readiness score, checklist, reminders and audit packet are tools to help you organise your own records. They do not guarantee any audit result and do not replace reading the regulations (49 CFR Parts 382, 383, 385, 390 to 396) or getting professional advice. HaulReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the US Department of Transportation or any state agency. IFTA figures are a worksheet; you enter the tax rates and you are responsible for your return.

Your account

Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and have the right to store the information you enter about drivers and employees. Do not store Social Security numbers or medical details.

Your data

Your records belong to you. You can export them at any time and delete your account from Settings. We use them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Trials, plans and billing

New accounts get a 14-day trial (60 days with a kit code). There is no free plan. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled and are billed by Stripe. When a trial or plan ends, your records become read-only until you choose a plan; they are not deleted. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to reach other customers' data, overload it, or use the free DOT check to scrape FMCSA data.

Availability and liability

We work to keep HaulReady available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". Keep your own copies of records you are legally required to retain. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for fines, penalties, out-of-service orders, audit outcomes or lost profits.

Changes

We may update these terms and will email you about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
